2009 Sauvignon Blanc

Our first vintage comes from a brand new vineyard located in Payette County near Fruitland, Idaho.  The Henggeler Family is well known for their fruit, but they are beginning to venture into the Idaho wine industry.  The first offering has a very crisp, citrusy taste that would pair well with Asian or Mexican cuisine. 20 cases produced

Our first vintage is a 50/50 blend of Williamson and Sawtooth fruit.  It is a crisp blend of citrus, peach and apricot that pairs well with baked chicken or cod.
