2010 Sauvignon Blanc
Our 2nd vintage comes from a brand new vineyard located in Payette County near Fruitland, Idaho. The Henggeler Family is well known for their fruit, but they are beginning to venture into the Idaho wine industry. The first offering has a very crisp, citrusy taste that would pair well with Asian or Mexican cuisine. 27 cases produced

2009 Pinot Grigio
Our 3rd vintage of Pinot Grigio comes from the Pontin Vineyard of Prosser, Washington. This light and fruity wine has hints of lemon, melon and pear and would pair well with salmon and pineapple-melon salsa. 44 cases produced.

2008 Viognier
Our first vintage is a 50/50 blend of Williamson and Sawtooth fruit. It is a crisp blend of citrus, peach and apricot that pairs well with baked chicken or cod.

2010 Chardonnay
Our 4th vintage comes from the Sawtooth Vineyard south of Nampa. It was fermented in both new and neutral oak to give it a rich mouthfeel and a bright fruity finish. Pair with pasta in a cream sauce or with seafood. 154 cases produced.

2009 Rose of Syrah
Our 2nd offering of Rose is made from Skyline Vineyard Syrah. With a floral nose and hints of strawberry, tart apple and star fruit, this wine will pair well with summer. Try it with Italian pasta dishes with cream sauces, pizza, or quiche.

Boise Blanco Riesling
Our first vintage of Late Harvest Riesling salutes the city of boise with a nose like honey and the sweet, refreshing taste of apricot, peach and pineapple. This wine pairs well with local cheeses or spicy cuisines such as Thai or Indian Curry.

2009 Tempranillo
Our 3rd vintage of Tempranillo comes from the Windy Ridge Vineyard South of Meridian as well as a small % from Black Rock Vineyard in Washington State. This wine was aged in French oak for 8 months giving it a light smoky finish. The nose is cherry and rhubarb while the taste is mild cherry and red raspberry with hints of cocoa.

2009 Red Mountain Tempranillo
Our 1st vintage from Red Haven Vineyard on Red Mountain lives up to Tempranillo’s nickname- The Cabernet of Spain. This bolder, rounder version of one of our favorite grapes still pairs with just about any meal, but also goes well with bolder flavors such as marinated beef tenderloin. 46 cases produced.

2008 Merlot
Merlot returns to our line up once again, this time from the Polo Cove Vineyard. Aged for 14 months on French oak, this wine exhibits notes of red current and raspberry with an easy, lingering finish with just a touch of tannin. 65 cases produced.

2009 Touriga Nacional
Our 1st vinetage comes from Red Mountain, Washington State. This Portuguese grape is typically used for port wines, but we made a nice mildly dry red wine with a jammy finish. 50 cases produced.

2008 South Mountain Red
Our second vintage comes from the Williamson, Windy Ridge, Polo Cove, and Pontin Vineyards. The blend of Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and tempranillo has hints of cherry on the nose and smooth notes of cherry, smoke, and oak on the finish. 40 cases produced.

Our 3rd vintage comes from the Pontin Vineyard north of Prosser Washington. This wine features pleasant blackberry/raspberry, light smoke and oak flavors. 125 cases produced.

2009 Petite Sirah
Our 2nd vintage comes from the Sawtooth Vineyard south of Nampa, Idaho. This inky wine has mellow hints of Raspberry and Cherry and a smooth finish. It was aged in French oak for 14 months. 23 cases produced.

2008 Syrah
Our second vintage of Syrah once again comes from the Skyline Vineyard south of Nampa. This wine has bright notes of cherry and red raspberry on the nose and warm smoky tannins on the finish. Aged for 14 months in 25% new French oak, 25% new American oak, and 50% older neutral barrels. 110 cases produced.

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our second vintage of Cabernet comes once again from the Williamson Vineyard on Hoskins Road. This wine starts off fruity with hints of cherry and finishes with velvety tannins. Pair this wine with Idaho Prime Rib and Garlic Mashed potatoes or let it cellar for a few years. 45 cases produced

2008 UP A CREEK! SYRAH
Our first vintage of this wine comes from the Skyline Vineyard south of Nampa, Idaho. The grapes were harvested later in the season allowing us to leave a little sweetness in the wine and a smoother finish. This wine has notes of cocoa, blackberry, and grape along with a touch of new French oak.
